Leader in market & business intelligence goes digital
Key Note chose us to design, build and support their entire business via a digital proposition
Key Note’s previous owners bought a business in need of shifting away from selling hardback volumes of market research to instant access, searchable and real time business intelligence.
Our ground up realisation of their product in a digital format in 2009 led to a change over to a full digital delivery medium for the 35 year old company over just 2 years.
In 2014 Byng was chosen again, this time by by new owners Mintel, to realise a more optimised design and scalable technology platform. We are currently rolling out this project.
With the value of the written word diluted, establishing value through user experience and richness of data drove the vision of the platform to push into the modern arena.
Through customer interviews, UX analysis and competitor analysis with Mintel’s management consultancy team, Byng has created a strong service orientated interface whilst upholding Key Note's new brand language (not yet released).
Key Note ultilised a development team in London and Leeds to realise a delivery programme covering 15 sprints or 18 months.
Key Note select Byng to reimagine their written reports into a digital medium and design a new website.
